Q3. Does Raaziq handle shipment across Afghanistan?
A. Yes, Raaziq Group can get your shipments through Pakistan, across the border and to your final destination in Afghanistan safely. Corporations and foreign governments already trust us to navigate the tricky terrain – so can you.

Q6. Are my airfreight charges based on the actual weight of the cargo only?
A. IATA regulations state that the cost of airfreight must be calculated on the "chargeable" weight. IATA defines the "chargeable weight" as the actual gross weight or the volume weight, whichever is greater.
Q7. Does Raaziq offer transportation for all kinds of products?
A. Raaziq transportation handles all sorts of goods from high valued cargo, to perishables.

Q9. What sorts of goods are handled in your cold chain management?
A. Ice cream, frozen foods, fresh produce and meat are carefully handled using a fleet of trucks and reefer containers that keep your goods within a fixed temperature range, ensuring their freshness and quality is maintained.
Q10. Does Raaziq have its own fleet of trucks?
A. Raaziq has under its banner a full transport company called Ammiza Transport having its own fleet of trucks with GPS tracking devices. Each vehicle is traceable through satellite based GPS systems that are visible on the web which makes Ammiza the most transparent and dependable service provider on the road
Q11. How can the Paccs ID be obtained?
A. A request on company letterhead to Custom Collectorate of the local dry port (sea port in case of Karachi) along with NTN, Original memorandum of association of partnership deed (not required in case of sole proprietorship), copies of NIC of all partners, Original NIC of person obtaining the user ID / Password, Authority letter from the company / employment letter (not required if the person receiving ID / Password is owner himself), Original NIC with photo copies of authorize person., Bank statement of current six months and a DD of Rs.500/= in the favor of COLLECTOR MODEL CUSTOMS COLLECTORATE KARACHI. (Payable at any bank in Karachi) are to be submitted to get the ID.

Raaziq in collaboration with Panalpina has its representation in over 180 countries across the globe and is able to provide all kinds of services anywhere you require.
Q13. Can Raaziq provide storage facility for our shipments at Karachi?
A. Raaziq has a full warehouse set up rightly located at a very short distance from Karachi Port, where complete storage facilities are available for your cargo.
Q14. Can Raaziq issue HBL for our shipments if required?
A. Yes Raaziq can issue HBL to cater to your requirements.
Q15. Does Raaziq have its own office at the Sea Port?
A. Yes Raaziq is the only forwarder to have its own office at QICT.
Q16. Does Raaziq have its own office at the Dry Port?
