is committed to minimizing our impact on the world in which we all live.
Take a look at our new warehousing facilities. All of them have been built with energy
conservation is mind. From the little things, like exclusive use of reduced heat emission, energy-saving
compact fluorescent light bulbs, to bigger initiatives that involve smart lighting and air conditioning
systems, our operations are designed to be more efficient in every way possible. In the case of our smart
lights, there is no worry about lights being left on unnecessarily. Motion detectors ensure the lights
only stay on in an area when someone is there. Smart air conditioners are powered by a battery of
individual compressors that can function independent of one another. Sensitive to body heat, each
compressor turns on only when needed – automatically.
We strive to be greener on the road too. Our entire fleet of trucks is compliant with Euro II emission
standards, ensuring that as we ply the highways and byways, we do so with some of the cleanest lorries
in the country.
